American Industrial Services is seeking an Outside Advertising Sales Agent to join their Hauling Division in Long Beach, CA. The role focuses on driving sales growth by building new client relationships and promoting hauling services within the commercial and municipal sectors, while contributing to a sustainable waste management mission.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the waste disposal industry
  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of potential clients
  • Conduct engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Tailor sales approaches to meet specific needs and compliance requirements
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with exceptional customer service
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Regularly report on sales activities and performance metrics
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required skills

  • Sales experience in waste disposal or hauling industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
