Job Description

Overview

The Outreach Executive I at Oak Street Health is responsible for engaging Medicare seniors in the community and converting them into patients of Oak Street Health. This role requires collaboration with outreach teams to drive local patient growth through relationship building and lead generation efforts.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads by engaging the Medicare senior community through events and outreach
  • Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs
  • Prospect and cold call to new leads
  • Nurture prospective patients via email, phone, and networking
  • Collaborate with the Community Relationship Manager and other Outreach Executives
  • Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive growth
  • Capture and record customer information into CRM systems
  • Act as a point of contact for the clinical team for patient inquiries
  • Resolve concerns and complaints from prospects and patients
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Sales and healthcare experience
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

  • Fluent in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages where necessary
