Overview

The Outreach Executive I at Oak Street Health is responsible for developing relationships and engaging Medicare seniors in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to drive new patient growth. This role involves community outreach, lead generation, and collaboration with Outreach Managers and Community Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless healthcare experience for prospective patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads by engaging with the Medicare senior community through events and outreach
  • Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs
  • Prospect and cold call to new leads
  • Nurture prospective patients via email, phone, and networking
  • Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers and other Outreach Executives
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects to drive patient growth
  • Capture and record patient information in the CRM system
  • Act as point of contact for clinical and center staff inquiries
  • Resolve concerns and complaints from prospects and patients
  • Perform other duties as assigned
