Overview

The Outreach Executive at Oak Street Health is responsible for developing relationships within the community to engage Medicare seniors and encourage them to become patients. This role involves collaboration with various team members to drive new patient growth in the assigned territory through outreach and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through events and local community outreach
  • Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs
  • Prospect and cold call to new leads
  • Nurture prospective patients through email, phone, and networking
  • Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers and other outreach executives
  • Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth
  • Capture and record customer information in CRM systems
  • Act as point of contact for center staff regarding patient questions
  • Resolve concerns or complaints from prospects and patients

Required skills

  • Sales and/or healthcare experience
  • Strong relationship management capabilities
  • Ability to connect and influence key stakeholders
  • Team player with good multitasking abilities
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other relevant languages
  • US work authorization
