Job Description

Overview

The Outreach Executive at Oak Street Health is responsible for developing relationships within the community to engage Medicare seniors and encourage them to become patients. This role focuses on lead generation, community outreach, and maintaining relationships to drive patient growth in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads by engaging the Medicare senior community through events and outreach
  • Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs
  • Prospect and cold call new leads
  • Nurture prospective patients through email, phone, and networking
  • Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers and other Outreach Executives to drive lead generation
  • Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive patient growth
  • Capture and record customer information in CRM systems
  • Act as a point of contact for clinical and center teams regarding patients
  • Resolve concerns and complaints from prospects and patients

Required skills

  • Sales experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken in the community
