Job Description

Overview

The Outreach Executive I at Oak Street Health is responsible for developing relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors and encourage them to become patients. This role involves close collaboration with other team members to drive new patient growth in assigned territories through effective outreach and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads by engaging the Medicare senior community through events and outreach
  • Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs
  • Prospect and cold call new leads
  • Nurture prospective patients via email, phone, and networking
  • Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers and other Outreach Executives to drive lead generation
  • Maintain consistent engagement with prospects to drive new patient growth
  • Capture and record customer information in the CRM system
  • Act as point of contact for center staff regarding patient inquiries
  • Resolve concerns and complaints from prospects and patients
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Experience in community outreach and lead generation
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other community languages
  • Ability to manage priorities and work as a team player
  • Sales and/or healthcare experience
