Overview

The Obstetrics/Gynecology Hospitalist position at ERO Locums offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to provide patient-centered care across hospital and clinic environments in a dynamic setting. The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and requires flexibility in scheduling.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered care including history-taking, physical exams, treatment planning, and patient education
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and partner directly with physicians
  • Utilize various care modalities including in-person, telephone, video, and secure email communications
  • Deliver care across departments based on competency and operational needs
  • Work nights and/or weekends as required

Required skills

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
  • Residency trained in OB/GYN
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration
  • Board certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN
  • BLS or ACLS certification upon hire or within 90 days
  • Facility-verified case logs demonstrating 30-40 deliveries within the past 36 months
