Overview

ERO Locums is seeking an OB/GYN Hospitalist to provide patient-centered care across various healthcare settings in Colorado. The role emphasizes a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach and offers the opportunity to utilize multiple care modalities including in-person consultations, telemedicine, and secure communications.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered care in hospital and clinic environments
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and directly partner with physicians
  • Utilize various care modalities such as telephone, video, and secure email communications
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including history-taking and physical exams
  • Develop treatment plans and educate patients about their care needs
  • Flexibly provide care across departments based on competency

Required skills

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
  • Residency trained in OB/GYN
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration
  • Board certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN
  • BLS or ACLS certification upon hire or within 90 days
  • Facility-verified case logs demonstrating 30-40 deliveries within the past 36 months
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends as required
