Overview

The Obstetrics/Gynecology Hospitalist position at ERO Locums in Burns, Wyoming offers an opportunity to provide patient-centered care in hospital and clinic environments. Candidates will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, focusing on delivering high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care while utilizing various care modalities and ensuring excellent patient experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered care in hospital and clinic settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and direct physician partnership
  • Utilize various care modalities including in-person, telephone, video, and secure email communications
  • Perform comprehensive scope of practice including history-taking, physical exams, treatment planning, and patient education
  • Adapt to dynamic settings and provide care across departments based on competency and business need

Required skills

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
  • Residency trained in Obstetrics/Gynecology
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics/Gynecology
  • BLS or ACLS certification upon hire or within 90 days
  • Facility-verified case logs demonstrating 30-40 deliveries within the past 36 months
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends as required
