Overview

The OB/GYN Physician role at ERO Locums involves providing patient-centered care in both hospital and clinic settings. This position emphasizes a team-based approach and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered care across multiple settings including hospital and clinic environments
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and direct physician partnership
  • Utilize various care modalities including in-person, telephone, video, and secure email communications
  • Conduct comprehensive scope of practice including history-taking, physical exams, treatment planning, and patient education
  • Demonstrate mission-driven healthcare delivery focused on quality care and service excellence

Required skills

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
  • Residency trained in OB/GYN
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration
  • Board certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN
  • BLS or ACLS certification upon hire or within 90 days
  • Facility-verified case logs demonstrating 30-40 deliveries within the past 36 months
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends as required
