Overview

Ascension is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OBGYN to join their team at Ascension Seton Hays in Kyle, Texas. This role offers a structured schedule of Monday through Friday with a call schedule of 1 in 6, and the practice comprises a collaborative team of MDs, nurse midwives, and experienced staff delivering high-quality women's health care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain patient records and EMR in Athena and Cerner systems
  • Participate in on-call duties as scheduled
  • Support and mentor nursing staff and midwives

Required skills

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Experience in patient care and medical diagnosis
  • Surgical skills and expertise in obstetric procedures
  • Familiarity with EMR systems like Athena and Cerner
  • Healthcare management experience
