Fabrication Operations Manager- Sinton, TX (Corpus Christi Area) • Relocation assistance available This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope: you'll own safety, quality, delivery, and team development across laser processing, press brake, and fabrication, and you'll shape the processes and the people as the operation grows.Above-market benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, life & disability insurance for you and your dependents - plus bonus & profit sharing.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Lead daily steel fabrication and manufacturing operations - safety first, always.• Own production scheduling, staffing, workflow, capacity, and on-time delivery.• Direct laser processing, press brake, bending, fabrication, integration, and testing activities.• Build and develop supervisors, team leads, technicians, and production employees through coaching and accountability.• Drive measurable gains in quality, throughput, labor efficiency, equipment uptime, scrap, and rework.• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives.• Manage KPIs, budgets, workforce planning, and facility growth in partnership with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and senior leadership.WHAT YOU'LL BRING• 10+ years of fabrication, steel processing, or industrial manufacturing experience.• 5+ years leading manufacturing teams in a supervisory or management role.• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software and laser cutting, press brake, bending, and fabrication equipment.• Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and quality and productivity improvement.• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.NICE TO HAVE• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.• Fabrication start-up or multi-site operations experience.• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.WORK ENVIRONMENTManufacturing environment; frequent walking and extended standing; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; required PPE; exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and moving equipment.OUR BENEFITSWe've built a benefits program that is above market - competitive in our industry and in every region where we operate.
