Overview

Bellwether Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mortgage Operations Specialist in Stamford, CT. This in-office role focuses on various aspects of mortgage operations, including compliance oversight, post-closing processes, and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide compliance oversight for daily operations, including post-closing and loan setup
  • Assist with regulatory exams and state reporting requirements
  • Coordinate annual compliance training programs
  • Collaborate with third-party QC vendors on audits and corrective actions
  • Assist with processing closing packages and clearing post-closing conditions
  • Serve as a backup for issuing initial loan disclosures

Required skills

  • Solid understanding of mortgage processes and regulatory requirements
