Overview

Mortgage Resource Plus (MRP) is seeking a Mortgage Closer for their Southfield, MI office. The ideal candidate will have a strong process orientation, attention to detail, and previous experience in the mortgage industry. MRP serves a variety of clients in mortgage lending and is looking for someone who can effectively manage tasks and communicate with clients throughout the closing process.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate schedules and comply with mortgage regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations
  • Communicate processes and provide guidance to clients regarding closing documentation
  • Attend and conduct refinance mortgage closings
  • Ensure monetary transactions are fulfilled and properly document file closures
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to team initiatives
