Job Description

Overview

Genmab is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Sr. MSL for their US Medical Affairs team focusing on Solid Tumor Head & Neck Cancers. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and supporting both approved products and those in clinical development, aiming to enhance patient outcomes in the oncology space. The position is field-based requiring significant travel throughout the Southwest region.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers in assigned territory
  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with regional Medical Affairs strategies
  • Provide insights on emerging scientific data to enhance the value of Genmab products
  • Present clinical and scientific information to healthcare providers as requested
  • Educate healthcare providers about disease states and Genmab products
  • Support product launches through healthcare provider education
  • Facilitate all aspects of investigator sponsored trials (ISTs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical treatment trends and Genmab products
  • Represent Genmab at medical and scientific conferences

Required skills

  • Advanced degree in health-related field (PharmD, PhD, or MD) preferred
  • At least 2 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in Oncology/Solid Tumor focus preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and access environments
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Experience with product launches
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong compliance knowledge of FDA, OIG, ICH, GCP, PhRMA Code, and HIPAA
  • Technical proficiency including MS Office and multiple business applications
  • Ability to organize and prioritize in a changing environment
