Job Description

Overview

Genmab is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Sr. MSL for the Gynecologic Oncology team, focusing on Solid Tumors in the Southeast region. This role involves developing relationships with healthcare providers, supporting product launches, and providing clinical information on Genmab products. The MSL will be part of a field-based team and will require domestic travel of approximately 50%.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and establish relationships with healthcare providers in academic and community centers
  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with US Medical Affairs strategies
  • Provide insights on scientific data to enhance the value of Genmab products
  • Present clinical information to healthcare providers in a fair and balanced manner
  • Provide medical education on disease states and Genmab products
  • Support product launches through healthcare provider education
  • Facilitate all aspects of investigator sponsored trials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain knowledge of products and clinical treatment trends
  • Support execution of advisory boards
  • Represent Genmab at medical and scientific conferences

Required skills

  • Advanced degree in health-related field (PharmD, PhD, or MD) preferred
  • At least 2 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in Oncology/Solid Tumor focus preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and access environments
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong compliance knowledge and adherence to industry regulations
  • Technical skills including proficiency in MS Office and various business applications
