Job Description

Overview

Genmab is seeking a Hematology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Senior MSL to join their Global Medical Affairs team. The MSL will be responsible for establishing relationships with medical thought leaders, providing medical information, and supporting both launched and pipeline products in the field of oncology and hematology. This role requires approximately 50% domestic travel within assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in assigned territory
  • Develop and execute territory plans that align with medical affairs strategies
  • Provide insights on scientific data to enhance the use of Genmab products
  • Present clinical and scientific information to healthcare providers
  • Support product launches with HCP education
  • Facilitate investigator-sponsored trials from submission to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for trial execution and site recommendations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and treatment trends
  • Support the planning and execution of advisory boards
  • Represent Genmab at medical and scientific conferences

Required skills

  • Advanced scientific medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred
  • At least 2 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in Oncology/Hematology
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and access environments
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong compliance knowledge relating to FDA, ICH, GCP, and other regulations
  • Demonstrated technical acumen, including MS Office skills
