We are also a technology-forward firm, actively leveraging systems and AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Medical Paralegal based in New Jersey for a hybrid position (3 days in office / 2 remote).The right candidate understands how a file progresses, knows what comes next, and takes action without waiting to be told.How We OperateWe utilize a pool system. Paralegals are not assigned to a single attorney.You will work across multiple attorneys, matters, and clients. Work is assigned based on bandwidth, experience, and familiarity with the matter.
