Overview

The Medical Case Manager EI role is a remote position that focuses on providing high-quality care to workers with occupational injuries and illnesses. This position is part of a dedicated team aimed at empowering injured workers through comprehensive case management and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop case management plans for injured workers throughout recovery stages
  • Track patient improvement goals in a database
  • Facilitate and coordinate medical diagnoses
  • Provide medical expertise and act as a communication link between parties in medical disability cases
  • Implement integrated medical disability case management services

Required skills

  • Unrestricted State Registered Nursing License
  • 3+ years of clinical experience, including 1 year in workers' compensation or related fields
  • National Certification in case management preferred
  • Attention to detail and commitment to task completion
  • Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Reliable high-speed internet service
