We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator. At Morgan Distributing, Inc., marketing begins with people, so we're looking for a customer-centric marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound and inbound marketing activities across the entire company, supporting all locations rather than just their main office. With a creative mindset for helping us remain fresh and competitive. Morgan Distributing, Inc. will rely on this person's ability to collaborate with our main supplier, ExxonMobil, along with our other valued suppliers. The marketing professional will be expected to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis. They will also need to research market trends and industry data and gather market intel from 17 outside sales representatives so that the company remains on the cutting edge.Objectives of this role:Support marketing director in delivering effective programs that achieve company and client objectivesAssist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales supportSupport the development of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefitBuild skill set and engage in ongoing education for the companyKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projectsMeet with clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targetsHelp gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trendsContribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and eventsCoordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposalsMeasure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goalsRequired skills and qualifications:Two or more years of experience in marketing or advertisingHands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotionsTrack record of working individually and as a team memberExceptional communication and presentation skillsStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelineSelf-Starting IndividualAbility to travel as requiredPreferred skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related fieldProfessional certification (ex: Professional Certified Marketer)Experience in content development and website designExperience with
