Overview

The Manager role at Hopdoddy Burger Bar supports the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations. This position involves leading a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing costs, and upholding the company's standards for food safety and service quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct team member interviews and performance reviews every 6 months
  • Provide training and development for team members
  • Ensure profitability by managing costs of goods and labor
  • Conduct daily audits and manage cash checks
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and paperwork
  • Support marketing efforts and execute sales building plans
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
  • Manage guest relations and ensure excellent dining experiences

Required skills

  • 3 years of experience as a salaried Manager in a full-service or fast casual restaurant
  • Leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of P&L and sales building
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift 30lbs frequently and up to 80lbs occasionally
