Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor Night Shift will lead the maintenance team in Edison, New Jersey, focusing on improving production reliability and overseeing routine maintenance activities. This role requires a driven leader with experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries, to ensure all equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
  • Maintain all production equipment, machinery, and building
  • Document, budget, and track all maintenance projects
  • Analyze and suggest improvements for production and building systems equipment
  • Promote continuous process improvements for lean manufacturing

Required skills

  • 4 years of hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience in high-speed manufacturing
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
  • PLC programming and electrical experience
  • Experience with implementation of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
  • Willingness to work night shift
