Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor Night Shift position at Austin Allen Company involves leading the maintenance team to enhance production reliability and oversee routine maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment. Preferred experience includes working in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries, with a focus on PLCs, automated processes, and preventative maintenance programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervising the Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
  • Maintaining all production equipment, machinery, and building
  • Documenting, budgeting, and tracking all maintenance projects
  • Analyzing and suggesting improvements for production and building systems equipment
  • Promoting continuous and process improvements for lean manufacturing

Required skills

  • 4 years of hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience in high-speed manufacturing maintenance
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
  • PLC controls and electrical experience
  • Experience with implementation of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
  • Willingness to work the night shift
