Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Austin Allen Company, you will lead the maintenance team in improving the reliability of production processes and directing maintenance work. Key responsibilities

  • Supervise the Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
  • Maintain all production equipment, machinery, and building
  • Document, budget, and track all maintenance projects
  • Analyze and suggest improvements for production and building systems equipment
  • Promote continuous and process improvements for lean manufacturing

Required skills

  • 5 years of hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience in High-Speed Industrial Maintenance
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably food
  • PLC controls experience troubleshooting and programming
  • Experience with implementation of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
