Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the maintenance team in a food manufacturing environment on the night shift. This role focuses on improving production reliability through regular maintenance and ensuring all equipment is safe and functional.

Key responsibilities

  • Scheduling and managing the maintenance team
  • Conducting preventative maintenance and overseeing capital projects
  • Managing wastewater treatment processes
  • Promoting continuous improvements for lean manufacturing

Required skills

  • Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing facility
  • Food processing experience preferred but not mandatory
  • At least 5 years of maintenance experience in food or processing
  • Supervisory experience of at least 3 years preferred
  • Certifications in electrical, welding, boiler operation, refrigeration, or plumbing
