Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the maintenance team at a food manufacturing facility in St. Cloud, Minnesota, focusing on improving the reliability of production processes. This night shift role requires supervisory experience and competency in managing maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team
  • Schedule and oversee regular maintenance work
  • Ensure equipment and systems are safe and operational
  • Implement preventative maintenance strategies
  • Direct capital projects and wastewater treatment processes
  • Promote continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices

Required skills

  • Maintenance management experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Supervisory experience (preferably 3+ years)
  • Experience with food processing preferred but not mandatory
  • Licenses or certifications in electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration, compressed air, wastewater, or plumbing
  • Ability to work the night shift
  • High School Degree or GED required
