Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor position at Austin Allen Company involves leading the maintenance team in a manufacturing facility with a focus on improving the reliability of production processes. This role includes ensuring all equipment is safe and operational, and requires experience in supervising maintenance operations, particularly in high-speed industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance team in developing strategies for process reliability
  • Direct regular maintenance work and ensure equipment safety
  • Supervise Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
  • Maintain all production equipment, machinery, and building
  • Document, budget, and track maintenance projects
  • Analyze and suggest improvements for production and building systems
  • Promote continuous improvement for lean manufacturing

Required skills

  • 5 years of hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience in High-Speed Industrial Maintenance
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in food
  • PLC controls experience in troubleshooting and programming
  • Implementation experience of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
