Key responsibilities

  • Drive maximum reliability of plant machinery
  • Direct and develop mechanical and electrical supervisors
  • Lead daily maintenance workflows and manage departmental budgets
  • Supervise, train, and develop mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
  • Build and execute preventive maintenance programs for heavy industrial equipment
  • Oversee cost management and facility parts inventory
  • Enforce safety, quality, and environmental protocols

Required skills

  • At least 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior supervisory experience with proven coaching and team development
  • Strong background in preventive maintenance and project management
  • B.S. in Engineering or Science preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to obtain Electrical Supervisors Card
