Overview

Atkins & Pearce Inc is seeking a Braider Machine Operator for either 2nd or 3rd shifts in Covington, Kentucky. The operator will be responsible for operating various types of braiding and coating machines while ensuring quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate various braiding and coating machines
  • Prep and pack products for shipment
  • Ensure quality standards meet material specifications
  • Interact professionally with coworkers
  • Work independently and within a team
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with other employees and departments

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in manufacturing operations
  • Machine operation skills
  • Quality control knowledge
  • Physical stamina for lifting 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions
