Overview

OnPoint Medical Group is looking for a Medical Assistant with LSRT or RT certification to join their Castle Pines Family Practice team. This role involves supporting providers in a family practice setting, focusing on patient care for a diverse age group while ensuring efficient clinical operations and high-quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for x-ray procedures and ensure compliance with radiation safety standards.
  • Obtain and document patient medical history, vital signs, and other necessary intake information.
  • Support providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Perform limited scope radiologic procedures and other clinical tests as permitted.
  • Assist with sports medicine care, including injury documentation and basic wound care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and treatment areas.
  • Follow compliance standards for OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic policies.

Required skills

  • Current LSRT or RT certification
  • BLS or CPR certification
  • Medical assistant experience in outpatient settings
  • Strong computer and EMR skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and maintain professionalism
