Overview

Ascension FBO Network is seeking a Line Service Technician in Sioux City, Iowa. This role involves providing ground support for aircraft and exceptional customer service to crew members and passengers, while adhering to safety procedures and operational guidelines. The technician will represent the company positively and contribute to a professional atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

  • Fuel, tow, and provide general ground support for various aircraft
  • Marshal and greet aircraft in a friendly manner
  • Perform periodic equipment and facility checks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ramp and facilities
  • Communicate customer feedback to appropriate personnel
  • Perform assigned lawn care and janitorial services
  • Report safety incidents or hazards promptly
  • Initiate emergency and incident response procedures when necessary
  • Participate in new hire and recurrent training

Required skills
