Overview

As a Line Service Technician at Ascension FBO, you will be involved in providing ground support for aircraft while delivering excellent customer service to crew members and passengers. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and maintaining a positive customer experience while managing various outdoor tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Fuel, tow, wing walk, and provide general ground support for aircraft
  • Marshal and greet aircraft in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform periodic checks of all equipment and facilities and document findings
  • Maintain a clean and organized ramp and facilities, free of debris and clutter
  • Communicate customer feedback with appropriate personnel
  • Perform various lawn care and janitorial services as assigned
  • Report safety incidents or hazards to management
  • Initiate emergency and incident response procedures as required
  • Participate in new hire and recurrent training

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state driver's license; may require CDL for material handling equipment
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work outside in extreme temperatures and inclement weather
  • Excellent vision and coordination
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
