Overview

The Licensed Escrow Officer at Prosperity Title and Escrow will play a crucial role in managing and closing residential and commercial title transactions while providing exceptional service to clients, agents, and lenders. Key responsibilities

  • Manage and close a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions from open to funding
  • Interpret and execute buyer, seller, and lender instructions with precision
  • Order and review title commitments and clear title issues
  • Prepare title and escrow documents for seamless closings
  • Provide a top-tier experience for clients, agents, lenders, and partners
  • Act as a trusted resource to realtors and loan officers
  • Engage in in-house agent events, trainings, and outreach to drive business
  • Build and grow a loyal network of real estate professionals
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations

Required skills

  • 3+ years of escrow/title experience
  • Licensed Escrow Officer in TX (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong grasp of the full closing process
  • Relationship-building and leadership skills
  • Operational expertise with multitasking abilities
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in title software systems (e.g., Qualia certification is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Notary Public certification
