Job Description

Overview

Integrity EMS is seeking a Licensed Advanced EMT to provide emergency care and non-emergency transportation for patients in Madison, Tennessee. The role involves ensuring proper documentation, conducting equipment inspections, and maintaining both vehicle readiness and personal certifications.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide emergency care for sick and injured patients
  • Assist in non-emergency patient transport requiring ambulance services
  • Occasionally administer IV fluids and approved medications
  • Perform daily inventory checks of ambulance supplies and equipment
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient transports
  • Advocate for patients and ensure documentation is completed for insurance purposes
  • Maintain required certifications and CEU hours for EMS license
  • Keep ambulance clean, orderly, and stocked to state standards

Required skills

  • TN State AEMT License in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Emergency Pediatric Patient Care (PEPP, PEARS, or EPC)
  • Good physical stamina and endurance
  • Ability to lift and move patients weighing over 125 pounds
