Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is suited for candidates with a background in multifamily leasing who can provide exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and communicate the features of the community
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
