Overview

Booth & Associates LLC is looking for a Lead Power Platform Developer to join their team in Katy, Texas. This hands-on role involves guiding a small team of developers in designing, building, and deploying applications that meet engineering and operational needs while ensuring best practices are followed across the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and complex Power Automate flows
  • Provide technical mentorship to two developers, offering support and troubleshooting
  • Lead the design of data models and app structures for scalability and maintainability
  • Collaborate with business users to translate functional needs into technical solutions
  • Build and maintain Dataflows and Power Automate integrations
  • Create and manage a library of reusable components and templates
  • Lead the release process using Power Platform Pipelines and manage version control
  • Support company-wide safety culture by adhering to safety standards and policies

Required skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational data modeling
  • Experience with DLP policies, connector governance, and Power Platform deployment pipelines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to help others resolve technical challenges
  • Familiarity with SQL, SSMS, and the Power Platform Admin Center is preferred
