Lead the performance of management and operations research analyses using applicable data analysis software to ensure the appropriate operation of M.L. software products. Lead the evaluation of business processes from an operations research perspective. Direct and adapt plans for the collection of data. Develop methods to present, discuss, and ultimately resolve issues presented by clients, or apparent from data analysis (such as sampling methods and/or data collection methods). Serve as main point of contact with senior management to address operations research data issues. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Operations Research, or closely related field. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Must have expertise with Data Analytics and Machine Learning, as demonstrated by at least one graduate level class in those or in closely related disciplines.
