Overview

Wilson Elser is searching for a Knowledge Management (KM) Legal AI Specialist to support its artificial intelligence goals by managing the creation and deployment of AI-based knowledge assets. This role emphasizes user engagement and the integration of AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency within the firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing research to identify AI-centric solutions for user and business needs
  • Consult with various teams to improve quality and efficiency through AI
  • Integrate tools such as Harvey AI and Lexis Protégé into daily workflows
  • Design and refine prompts for Generative AI tools
  • Curate and maintain a library of prompts and workflows
  • Develop user-friendly resources and conduct awareness events
  • Track AI tool usage and prepare reporting materials
  • Promote a culture of Knowledge Management and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions

Required skills

  • Knowledge of legal practice and technology in a law firm environment
  • Experience with AI tools and legal technology
  • Fluency in generative AI platforms, including Harvey AI and Lexis Protégé
  • Excellent research, analysis, and communication skills
  • Strong project management and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in training and creating enablement resources
  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with LexisNexis and Westlaw
