Position Overview
Reprosify is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Outbound Tele-Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in sales and gain valuable experience working with an international client base.

As a Junior Tele-Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to real estate professionals across the United States, introduce them to the Reprosify platform, and generate interest in our services. You will support the senior sales team by qualifying prospects, setting appointments, and assisting in building the sales pipeline.

This position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, confident communicators, and eager to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to realestate companies in the U.S. market.

  • Introduce prospects to the Reprosify platform and briefly explain its benefits.

  • Qualify potential clients and identify those interested in learning more about the platform.

  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to senior sales representatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and prospect information in the CRM system.

  • Follow call scripts and sales processes while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.

  • Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and coaching.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.

  • Confident phone presence and willingness to engage with professionals.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented and performance-driven environment.

  • Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
