This entry-level position involves representing clients in Social Security disability hearings and conducting related legal tasks. Key responsibilities

  • Represent clients in hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges
  • Conduct legal research and draft pre-hearing and appeal briefs
  • Answer client questions and develop pre-hearing and hearing level cases
  • Travel to various cities and states for in-person hearings
  • Maintain regular client contact via telephone, email, and mail
