SCOPE OF WORK: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to provide new construction residential and commercial cleaning service at various locations. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, environment across our facilities. Also, in this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are met This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are highly valued. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Window cleaning (interior/exterior) Wiping down drawers and cabinets. Wiping down light fixtures. Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, mirrors, tubs, light fixtures, and accessories) Clean ceramic tiles. Maintain floor care techniques. Clean kitchen area (countertop, cabinets) Polish refrigerator, stove, microwave Conduct industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of equipment or large spaces when required. Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health and safety protocols. QUALIFICATIONS Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums safely (as needed) Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Experience with facilities maintenance or Porter duties is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently is a plus. Creating pristine environments where safety and cleanliness are at the forefront!
