Digilancer is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with real estate professionals across the United States, introducing them to the Digilancer platform, and demonstrating how our referral network and collaboration tools can help grow their business.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build rapport with professionals over the phone. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads, convert prospects into paying subscribers, and contribute to the continued growth of the Digilancer platform.
Proactively engage with prospective clients through outbound calls and other communication channels to generate qualified leads and build strong professional relationships.
Introduce and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of the Digilancer platform.
Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients through the sales pipeline.
Schedule product demonstrations and consultations when required.
Guide prospects through the onboarding and subscription process.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities within the CRM system.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
Provide valuable market feedback and customer insights to management.
1+ year of experience in inside sales, outbound telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or a related sales role.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Confident and professional phone presence.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while achieving performance targets.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Experience selling SaaS, technology, or subscription-based products.
Knowledge of the U.S. real estate industry is a plus.
Previous experience working with international clients.
Familiarity with lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
