As part of our continued growth, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Specialists to engage with potential customers and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Job Overview

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will handle incoming leads from prospective clients interested in Techception’s solutions. Your role will be to understand customer needs, present the value of the platform, and guide prospects through the sales journey—from inquiry to conversion.

This role is ideal for individuals who are strong communicators, customer-focused, and confident in closing deals through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online channels
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Conduct product demos and clearly explain features and benefits
  • Qualify leads and guide them through the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads toward conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback and insights
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or inside sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or SaaS platforms (preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Evening / Night Shift (aligned with international markets)
