Overview

The Implementation Consultant at PCS Software Inc. is responsible for deploying transportation management solutions for carriers, shippers, and brokers. This position involves managing the implementation process, end-user training, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive online support and training to customers on PCS Software.
  • Act as a coach and guide during the software onboarding process.
  • Align customers' existing business processes with software capabilities.
  • Resolve software-related issues for a seamless user experience.
  • Manage and update support tickets for timely resolution.
  • Create and manage user guides and demo videos.
  • Assist in data migration onto the PCS TMS platform.
  • Schedule check-up calls with customers post-implementation.
  • Administer customer surveys and gather feedback for process improvements.
  • Learn and support all aspects of the PCS software platform.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include STEM, Business Administration, Education, or Sports Management.
  • Minimum 1+ year in technical/software support or B2B customer support.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn PCS TMS software.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with experience onboarding software customers.
  • Transportation industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Zoom is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for task automation is a plus.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
