Overview

Micron is seeking an ID1 Photolithography Process Engineer to join their Boise expansion team amidst a historic investment in semiconductor manufacturing. This role focuses on optimizing processes to enhance product quality and drive yield improvements in the production of high-quality semiconductor components.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes
  • Drive process yield improvements and cost reduction
  • Resolve manufacturing line problems
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to address process issues
  • Use project management skills to meet project milestones
  • Improve statistical process control (SPC) charts

Required skills

  • 2+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner in Photolithography
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally for training
