Overview

Champion Comfort Experts is seeking a motivated HVAC Selling Technician to drive sales in Flat Rock, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for closing deals, with the opportunity to significantly increase their earning potential in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Educate customers on new comfort systems
  • Execute sales presentations demonstrating value to customers
  • Assist customers in achieving healthy and safe environments
  • Obtain customer agreements for jobs and complete proposals
  • Pursue referrals from satisfied customers
  • Follow up on site visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Propose jobs accurately to ensure department profitability
  • Communicate details of jobs and scheduling with support staff
  • Maintain contact with installers and customers during installation
  • Prospect for new customers through outbound calls
  • Attend scheduled sales and technical training meetings

Required skills

  • 3 years of sales experience
  • 3 years of HVAC experience preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Physical dexterity
