Champion Comfort Experts is seeking a motivated HVAC Selling Technician in Asheville, North Carolina. This role focuses on driving HVAC sales and educating customers about comfort systems while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities

  • Educate customers on new comfort systems
  • Execute sales presentations that highlight the value of investments
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
  • Assist customers in achieving healthy and safe environments by identifying their needs
  • Obtain customer agreement for all jobs
  • Complete proposals and pricing for jobs following company guidelines
  • Actively pursue referrals from satisfied customers
  • Follow up on site visits to assure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure department profitability by accurately proposing jobs while emphasizing quality and value
  • Review jobs with the department manager
  • Communicate job details to support staff in a timely manner
  • Submit documentation and job specifications via email promptly
  • Communicate requirements and expectations to Installers clearly
  • Maintain ongoing contact with Installers and customers during installation
  • Prospect for new customers through outbound calls and contact with neighbors
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions

Required skills

  • 3 years of Sales experience
  • 3 years of HVAC experience preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods
  • Ability to pass motor vehicle and background checks
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Honesty, dependability, and reliability
  • Physical dexterity
