Overview

The HVAC Sales Manager at Go Green Plumbing will drive sales goals for the HVAC home service and replacement business. This role involves coaching, motivating, and training the sales team to exceed their targets while collaborating with the General Manager and other departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales goals for HVAC home service and replacement business
  • Coach, motivate, and train the sales team
  • Debrief sales appointments and communicate with other departments
  • Provide weekly coaching based on sales reports
  • Ensure follow-through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing
  • Recruit and develop new sales staff
  • Mentor Inside Sales representatives and Sales lead coordinators
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics
  • Develop new or revised sales processes
  • Analyze sales incentive programs
  • Create sales and marketing strategies through profit and loss analysis
  • Evaluate competitors and analyze market trends
