Job Description

Overview

The Human Resources Generalist role at CFS is a high-impact position focused on shaping the entire employee lifecycle. This hands-on opportunity offers direct collaboration with senior HR leadership and involves driving operational excellence in recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment operations for non-exempt, temporary, and intern roles
  • Manage ATS administration, including postings, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes end to end
  • Partner with payroll leadership to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and people-related documentation
  • Support HR budgeting, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives

Required skills

  • Experience in people operations, HR operations, or HR management
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment administration
  • Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HR compliance processes
  • Experience partnering with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
