Overview

Hugo's 704 Express Car Wash is seeking a Crew Member to enhance customer experience and assist in daily operations within a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position requires multitasking and strong customer service skills, along with direct supervision of the service team.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct guests to the entrance of the prep station
  • Guide automobiles onto the conveyor
  • Prep vehicles using brushes and detergent
  • Activate the wash mechanism and monitor operations for issues
  • Assist guests at the pay station with products and services
  • Greet and interact with guests after their wash is complete
  • Ensure quality of the vehicles post-wash
  • Assist with opening and closing operations, including cleaning
